We're presently developing software to replicate the 14 analytic structuring techniques described in the Morgan D. Jones book, The Thinker's Toolkit.

This software will contain for each of the 14 techniques a tutorial, practice problems with solutions, and a blank template for application to the user's decisions and problems. All work done with the software can be stored and retrieved as separate documents. Prompts, if activated, will guide the user through each step of a technique. Detailed explanations of the steps will be accessible in HELP.

Users of this software will be able to use it to improve of their skills at negotiation, gain insight into problem-solving by learning to look "outside the box" as well as the methodology of:
